Financial Assistance Program

Our mission is to support the health and well-being of our community. As part of that, we offer financial assistance for patients who are uninsured, underinsured, or unable to pay for care. Based on income levels up to 400% of the federal poverty guidelines, this program helps ensure that cost is not a barrier to receiving necessary medical services.

"Amazing care. Ortho is never very friendly. This team is an exception! I searched high and low for several years for a hip replacement surgeon and when I found Dr. Downer, it was a perfect fit. "I've fortunately/unfortunately have had two surgeries at this location on two separate incidents. The first was with Dr Scott Ruhlman in which I was able to make a full recovery back to athletics from a complete achilles rupture. The second one was performed by Dr Mark Reed who performed the second achilles rupture on the opposite foot currently on the road to recovery. The professionalism and kindness from the surgeons as well as the staff have been nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this group and their willingness to make Seattle a better place."
